61 year old woman who had undergone previous upper and lower blepharoplasty years prior and did not like fullness of her lower eyelids and extra skin along her upper eyelids. Therefore, Dr. Amit Bhrany performed a conservative upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning resulting more open appearing eyes with a smoother transition from her lower eyelid to her cheek.
