59-year-old woman shown before and after upper blepharoplasty combined with a brow lift performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany. She would have had a satisfactory result with upper blepharoplasty alone, but elevation of the eyebrows further decreased fullness of her upper eyelids in addition to her eyebrows having a more arched appearance while maintaining a natural contour.
