42 year old man shown before and after chin implant to improve lower facial and neck contour performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany. The implant not only improved projection of his chin seen on profile but also creates a more defined jaw and neck line seen on oblique views. Fat transfer to the jaw line was also performed to augment the effect of the chin implant.
