This 27 year old woman had multiple basal cell cancers removed by Mohs surgery. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired her right eyelid and cheek defect by advancing and rotating a local flap from the right side of the wound that was incised along her lower eyelid border towards her cheek and ear (laterally-based cheek and eyelid flap). She is shown 6 months post-operative.
