67 year old woman who underwent Mohs resection of a left eyelid basal cell carcinoma. Dr. Amit Bhrany reconstructed the eyelid wound with a local flap that was incised along the patient's lower eyelid border towards her cheek and ear (laterally-based cheek and eyelid flap). The patient is shown 5 months post-operative.
