After removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 58 year old gentleman had a full-thickness defect of his right lower eyelid. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired the eyelid by advancing the edges together and removing excess eyelid tissue below the wound (primary closure). The patient is shown 3 months post-operative.
