78 year old woman with an extensive eccrine carcinoma of her right cheek, eyelid, nose and upper lip. She underwent removal with Mohs surgery and is shown prior to and after repair. Dr. Amit Bhrany reconstructed her cheek, eyelid, nose, and lip with multiple flaps to repair her wound. For her right cheek, eyelid, and lip wound, a local flap was created by making an incision underneath the margin of her right lower eyelid that extended to her cheek and in front of her (laterally based cheek flap). Her nose was repaired using a staged paramedian forehead flap. She is shown 9 months post-operative.
