This man had congenital lack of development of his lower jaw. It resulted in a poorly defined jaw line and neck contour. Dr. Bhrany performed face and neck lift, chin implantation, and fat grafting to create a better-defined jaw line and neck contour.  Fat grafting can enhance face and neck lifts, especially in patients whose facial volume has declined with age or those born with decreased volume as in this case.
