After removal of a blood vessel malformation of the right side of her mouth, this 32 year old woman had a full-thickness defect of her lip. Dr. Amit Bhrany reconstructed her lip and corner of her mouth (oral commissure) by advancing the remaining lower lip into the defect. She is shown 5 months post-operative.
