After removal of a basal cell cancer with Mohs surgery, this 73 year old man a right lateral lip wound. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired his lip by moving the remaining right lip skin into the wound by making an incision within the natural smile line between his cheek and lip (melolabial crease). He is shown 3 months post-operative.
