After removal of a squamous cell carcinoma of his lip by Mohs surgery, this 64 year old man had a wound of his left lower lip mucus lining (vermilion) and a portion of the lip skin. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired his lip by advancing portions of the mucus lining and skin into the wound. He is shown 2 months post-operative with an intact, symmetric lip skin and mucus lining (vermilion) border.
