46 year old woman with a partial thickness defect of the nasal tip after undergoing Mohs resection of a basal cell carcinoma. A variety of reconstructive options are available for this defect, with the goal to minimize scar and decrease the risk of alar retraction. She underwent repair with a septal cartilage graft to her alar rim and bilobe flap reconstruction performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany.
