After removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 60 year old woman had a defect of her nasal sidewall. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired her nasal wound by advancing a local flap from her cheek that was incised along her normal cheek and upper lip border. She is shown 8 months post-operative.
