This 56 year old woman had a defect of her nasal tip after removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired her nose using a cartilage grafts to reconstruct the structure of her nasal tip and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. She is shown 18 months post-operative.
