After removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 45 year old gentleman man had a defect of his nasal sidewall. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired his nasal wound by using a local flap recruited from the side of his nose and cheek incised along the natural border of the nose and cheek. He is shown 5 months post-operative.
