This 64 year old gentleman had a defect of his nasal sidewall after removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery. Dr. Amit Bhran repaired his nose by recruiting tissue from the cheek in the form of a local cheek advancement flap that was incised along the natural border between his cheek and upper lip. He is shown 6 months post-operative.
