83 year old woman with multiple recurrent basal cell carcinomas of her nose. She underwent Mohs surgery with multiple defects that were converted into one large defect of her distal nasal dorsum, tip, and bilateral ala subunits. Dr. Amit Bhrany completed nasal reconstruction by using multiple cartilage grafts to recreate her tip and nostril rims followed by a two stage paramedian forehead flap for reconstruction of her nasal skin. She is shown 9 months post-operative.
