This 60 year old gentleman had a defect of his nasal dorsum and tip after removal of a melanoma. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired his nose with cartilage grafts to support the structure of the nasal tip and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. He is shown 1 year post-operative.
