After removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 58 year old woman had a defect of her nasal dorsum, sidewall, tip, and ala. Dr. Amit Bhrany reconstructed he nose with cartilage grafts to recreate the nasal tip structure, and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. She is shown 2 years post-operative.
