After removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 84 year old woman had a defect of her nasal dorsum, sidewall, tip, and ala. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired her nose with cartilage grafts to recreate the nasal tip, and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. She is shown 15 months post-operative.
