After removal of his nasal melanoma, this 43 year old gentleman had a defect of his entire nasal ala. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired his nose with cartilage grafts to recreate the structure of the ala, and an interpolated local flap (melolabial flap) from his cheek for the skin.  He is shown 6 months post-operative.
