This 82 year old woman had a defect of her nasal ala, sidewall, dorsum, and tip after removal of a basal cell cancer with Mohs surgery. Dr. Bhrany reconstructed her nasal wound with cartilage grafts to support the structure of the nasal ala to prevent notching (alar retraction) and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. She is shown 5 months post-operative.
