After removal of his squamous cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 65 year old gentleman had a defect that included his cheek and a full-thickness defect of his nasal sidewall. Dr. Amit Bhrany reconstructed his nose with a combination of recruiting tissue from his cheek in the form of a local cheek flap, an internal nasal mucosal lining flap, cartilage grafts to recreate the structure of the nose, and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. He is shown 6 months post-operative.
