This 36 year old woman had a defect that included her cheek and a full-thickness defect that encompassed the entire left half of her nose after removal of her basal cell cancer with Mohs surgery. Dr. Amit Bhrany reconstructed her nose and cheek with a combination of recruiting tissue from her cheek in the form of a local cheek flap, an internal nasal mucosal lining flap, cartilage grafts to recreate the structure of the nose, and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. She is shown 2 years post-operative.
