After removal of his basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 58 year old gentleman had a defect that included his cheek and a full-thickness defect of his entire left nose and a portion of the right side of his nose. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired his nose with a combination of recruiting tissue from his cheek in the form of a local cheek flap, an internal nasal mucosal lining flap, cartilage grafts to recreate the structure of the nose, and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. He is shown 1 year post-operative.
