19 year old woman who had undergone a previous cosmetic rhinoplasty which resulted in an asymmetric, pinched, and unnatural appearing nose. Her tip was extremely narrow and deviated. She also had bilateral nostril rim (alar) retraction resulting in excessive show of her columella and nostrils. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany with cartilage and fascia grafting that yielded a more natural, smoother, and symmetric appearing nose through which she could also breathe much better.
