28 year old woman who had undergone previous rhinoplasty with saddle deformity from over-resection of her dorsal hump (nasal bridge) and also an asymmetric nasal tip with pollybeak deformity from unsuccessful attempt at tip refinement. Revision rhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany with ear cartilage and fascia grafting to create a straighter nasal profile and a softer, more symmetric tip.
