50 year old woman who had undergone two previous attempts at rhinoplasty that resulted in signficant deviation and saddle deformity of her nasal dorsum (bridge) as well as scarred, asymmetric nasal tip. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany that required ear cartilage grafts. Post-operatively she has a straighter, reconstructed nasal dorsum and symmetric tip.
