18 year old man with a severely twisted nasal dorsum and tip deformity shown before and after correction with a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany that results in straightening of his nose into a more midline position. He persists to have minor asymmetry of his nasal tip post-operatively but with significantly improved nasal balance and symmetry with the remainder of his face.
