After removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 27 ear old woman had a wound of her left cheek. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired her cheek by advancing a local flap from the left side of the wound that was incised along her cheek and lower eyelid border (laterally-based cheek flap). She is shown 6 months post-operative.
