This 77 year old woman had a right cheek and eyelid squamous cell cancer that was removed with Mohs surgery. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired defect by advancing and rotating a local flap from the right side of the wound that was incised along her lower eyelid border towards her cheek and ear (laterally-based cheek and eyelid flap). She is shown 6 months post-operative.
