67 year old woman who underwent removal of a left cheek melanoma in situ. She had 3.5 cm defect that Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired with a laterally based local cheek flap from the left side of the wound. The flap was incised along her lower eyelid towards her cheek and ear. She is shown at the time of repair and seven months post-operative.
