29 year old woman shown before and after combined functional nasal surgery and cosmetic rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany. She underwent correction of her septal deviation and nasal valve repair. Her base view photos are taken first at rest and then the second set taken as she is breathing through her nose. She has less nostril collapse upon inspiration after surgery. Also from a cosmetic standpoint, her nasal dorsum was straightened, dorsal hump removed, and nasal tip refined.
