33 year old woman shown before and after septorhinoplasty performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany. She had suffered significant nasal trauma with resultant saddle nose deformity of her nasal dorsum (bridge). She required rib cartilage grafting for repair of her saddle nose deformity, reconstruction of almost her entire nasal septum (extracorporeal septal reconstruction), and repair of her nasal valves. Post-operatively, she also has narrower, straighter dorsum and a more refined nasal tip.
