18 year old man with a severely twisted nasal dorsum and tip deformity shown before and after correction with septorhinoplasty performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany. He has a straighter nose in a more midline position. He persists to have minor asymmetry of his nasal tip post-operatively but with significantly improved nasal balance, symmetry with the remainder of his face, and improved nasal breathing.
