40 year old woman shown before and after functional rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany. She underwent correction of her septal deviation and nasal valve repair. She had very narrowed nostril openings (nasal vestibular stenosis) that required cartilage grafting to open them in order to improve her breathing. Her nasal tip is also more natural appearing after surgery.
