After removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 59 year old woman had a wound of her nasal ala that was creating a notch along her nostril rim (alar rim). Dr. Amit Bhrany performed nasal reconstruction with a composite skin and cartilage graft from the root of her ear to reform the natural curvature of her alar rim and skin of her nose. She is shown 7 months post-operative.
