This 39 year old woman had a defect of her nasal tip after removal of her basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery. Her wound was repaired by Dr. Amit Bhrany by recruiting tissue from above the wound in the form of a local nasal advancement flap. She is shown 3 months post-operative.
