After removal of a basal cell cancer by Mohs surgery, this 66 year old woman had a defect of her nasal sidewall, tip, and ala. Her naal wound was repaired by Dr. Amit Bhrany with a cartilage graft to reconstruct the nostril (alar) rim for contour and breathing, and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. She is shown 11 months post-operative.
