This 60 year old gentleman had multiple defects of his nasal dorsum and tip after Mohs surgery removal of basal cell cancers. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired his nose with cartilage grafts to recreate the structure of the nasal tip and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. He is shown 3 months post-operative.
