After removal of her basal cancer by Mohs surgery, this 87 year old woman had a full-thickness defect of her nasal ala. Dr. Bhrany repaired her nasal wound with an internal nasal mucosal lining flap, cartilage grafts to recreate the structure of the ala, and a paramedian forehead flap for the skin. She is shown 6 months post-operative.
