36 year old woman with nasal dorsal prominence and bulbous nasal tip that is also ptotic (droopy). She is shown before and after rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Amit Bhrany with her preferred nasal profile, an elevated nasal tip that has reduced volume and less show of her nostrils (decreased columellar show).
