After removal of her multiple basal cancers by Mohs surgery, this 87 year old woman had a defect of her entire nasal ala and another of her cheek. Dr. Amit Bhrany repaired her nose with cartilage grafts to recreate the structure of the ala, and an interpolated local flap from her cheek (melolabial flap). She is shown 6 months post-operative.
